Arooga is seeking an experienced Producer to join their growing team. You will be responsible for the planning, management and ongoing development of an amazing new social game for Facebook.

• Hold and communicate the vision for your game to the team and other parts of Arooga.
• Work across art, code, design and QA to plan their work and ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and on budget.
• Understand and keep up with game market trends, patterns, player requirements and expectations.
• Passionately articulate goals and team leads to help form a stimulating and fun work environment and culture.

• Knowledge of agile development methodologies.
• 3+ years experience managing internal development teams within the video game industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment with maturity and leadership.
• Most important of all, you need to love games!

• Experience in social games or casual games markets.
• Experience with online gaming and live game development.
